English Courses

Intensive English Program courses prepare you for college and university study in the United States. Courses include oral communication for academic purposes, reading and listening for academic purposes, extensive reading, structure and composition, and academic writing for university exams. You can also participate in IEP activities including our weekly conversation group, service-learning projects, and visits to Atlanta museums and other attractions.

The Intensive English Program also offers professional programs during the summer in conjunction with Georgia State University’s College of Law and Robinson College of Business.  The English for Professional Purposes Law (EPP:L) program is an intensive six-week program that provides language training in legal English.
