&q

Study in the USA offices are located in historic Pioneer Square in Seattle. We’ve studied and traveled overseas and encourage others to do the same.

Peggy J. Printz

Editor & Publisher

Peggy PrintzPeggy founded Study in the USA in the late 1970s after Asian friends were constantly asking where their children should apply to university in North America. The first and still the leading magazine given free to students at advising centers around the world, Study in the USA quickly grew popular, with circulation over 250,000 copies a year.

As soon as students began searching the World Wide Web for school information, Peggy and staff launched www.StudyUSA.com, which spawned companion sites for summer, boarding school and community college students.

Study in the USA magazine and web sites have helped millions of students find programs in the U.S.A.

Prior to founding Study in the U.S.A., Peggy was a correspondent in Asia; she co-produced the 1974 documentary film Commune and co-authored the book Commune: Life in Rural China.

Peggy holds a bachelors degree in art history from Smith College, a masters in journalism and a certificate in business journalism from Columbia University.
