The Loyola Intensive English Program (LIEP), part of Loyola University New Orleans, is a high quality intensive English program designed to prepare students from around the world for study in a U.S. college or university. LIEP welcomes students who want to improve their English for business, professional or personal reasons.

Tutoring Program
- LIEP students receive two hours of individual tutoring each week with selected Loyola students who provide one-on-one practice outside the classroom

- Trips offered to French Quarter plantations, Louisiana swamps, and other popular tourist locations
- Outings to music clubs, museums, Mardi Gras events and many festivals in and around New Orleans

Application Information
- Must be at least 17 years old and have completed high school
- A $150.00 deposit, letter of financial guarantee, and proof of English level form must be submitted with online application
