Accreditation

LCI is accredited by CEA (Commission on English Language Program Accreditation), the only specialized accrediting agency for English language programs and institutions in the USA.

CEA-approved schools have been reviewed extensively to ensure that they meet the CEA Standards for English Language Programs and Institutions. CEA is recognized by the US Secretary of Education.

LCI is certified by the Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) to issue I-20s and enroll international students.

City Centers

Denver, Colorado

LCI Denver is located in beautiful Denver, a clean, friendly, safe city at the foot of the famous Rocky Mountains. Students studying here can take advantage of the sunny, dry climate and variety of outdoor activities available.

Houston, Texas

LCI Houston is a professional yet intimate language center in cosmopolitan Houston, home to a diverse culture and a thriving economy. Our school is located in the Museum District, an attractive area with many shops, restaurants, universities and, of course, museums.

Susquehanna University – Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania

LCI Susquehanna is located on the campus of Susquehanna University in scenic central Pennsylvania, less than three hours from the major cities of New York, Philadelphia, Baltimore and Washington, D.C. Susquehanna University is ranked #115 National Liberal Arts Colleges by US News & World Report.

Our Programs

Academic English (24 hours/week)

Our Academic English Program (AEP) prepares international students to study at any university in the USA. AEP students also benefit from our agreements with university partners across the country, who will admit our graduates without requiring a TOEFL or IELTS score.

General English (18 hours/week)

Our General English Program is ideal for people who want to improve their conversational English while experiencing American culture.

Executive English (Total Immersion: 37.5 hours/week, Group-Private Combo: 33 hours per week)

Our intensive Executive English courses are designed for adult professionals who want to learn English in personalized, private classes.

Test Preparation (45 hours total)

Our Test Preparation Programs prepare students to succeed on a variety of English-language exams, including the TOEFL, TOEIC, IELTS, iTEP, GRE and GMAT.

University Partnerships

With more than 20 university partners across the country, LCI makes it easier for international students to attend college in the USA. Our partner schools offer LCI graduates conditional admission and TOEFL/IELTS waivers, which means you can be admitted to university without taking the TOEFL/IELTS after completing Level 7 of the LCI Academic English Program.

LCI Highlights

Quick I-20 Processing – While other schools may take several weeks to provide an I-20 for your student visa, LCI issues I-20s to our students in just 24-48 hours.

Open Enrollment – Start at LCI any Monday! General English and Executive English students can start any Monday of the year (except holidays). We have five recommended term start dates for our Academic English Program.

Exceptional Service – From the moment you arrive until the moment you leave, the caring and professional LCI staff does everything possible to create a comfortable, enjoyable and effective learning environment.

Professional Teachers – LCI teachers are native speakers with university degrees and several years of experience.
